“We booked the Cemetery and Death Railway tour (11 hr). Instead we were taken with 3 others on the Cemetery, Death Railway AND Erawan Falls. As a result we had only the last 10-15 minutes of the day to visit the Cemetery and find and sit at my uncle’s grave. It was rushed and so disappointing. The trip took 14hr 45 minutes. We would like a refund please considering we spent 4hr30m visiting falls we didn’t seek and 15 minutes at the cemetery instead of the promised 1 hour. John and Margaret”
