“Guide/driver Michal was excellent. Picked up and dropped off outside the hotel punctually. Starting the day with barbequed cheese and vodka before midday puts a spring in your step. Zakopane is very scenic and the included funicular ride gives views across the valley to the Tatra mountains. The optional gravity slide is fun and gives more great views. Parts of Zakopane suffer from it's success as a tourist destination but still a great day out, especially with the glorious late September weather.”

The communication from Him before and during the trip was excellent, we loved the vehicle, it was spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfortable to travel in and high off the road to make the most of the spectacular views. The journey from Krakow to Sakopane is painless, the roads are excellent and the scenery gets more spectacular as you drive on. “Since it’s all day we had to wake up really early and came back at night. So be prepared for a full and a long day. Luckily we didn’t have to worry about the transportation, everything was taken care from the drivers (pick up points- routes). The only things were the headphones in Auschwitz until we found pairs which worked but still there were parasites in the sound. And then in birkenau the guide didn’t have microphone so we weren’t able to listen to her until we were next to her which was difficult since there were a lot of people.
